Shipping Times: We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. For in-stock items located in Australian warehouses, delivery typically occurs within 1–3 business days depending on your delivery zone (Metro: ~1 business day, Zone 2: ~2 business days, Zone 3/regional: ~3 business days). Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. For products not held in local stock, including supplier transfers or backorders, delivery may take up to 10–14 business days. For industrial printers or special-order products, including those requiring configuration or calibration, delivery times may exceed 14 business days depending on supplier preparation and availability. Products may be shipped from local or international supplier warehouses depending on stock availability, which may impact delivery timeframes.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, delivery zone, and the size and weight of your order. Additional charges may apply for bulky or oversized items, express delivery, remote or regional areas, or specialised handling requirements. Certain locations, including Northern Territory and remote regions, may incur additional surcharges.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

International Shipping: Some products may be shipped from international supplier facilities depending on availability. For international shipments, please be aware that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items: Once goods are dispatched and transferred to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer to the extent permitted by law. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you and liaise with the shipping provider.
