        Industrial Speed and Build Volume

Printing speed of up to 18.4 mm/h is competitive with industrial-level printers while maintaining a compact size. Combined with a large build volume this makes prototyping or small batch-production possible with much smaller investment.

        Open Architecture

Sinterit's system is built around the idea of full openness. They give users maximum control over printing parameters. This allows them to adjust for specific print requirements, print with 3rd party materials (or develop their own) and in general have a more agile approach to 3D printing.

        Multi Material

A consequence of open architecture – multi-material approach means a wide range of available printing powders to cover various application needs, easy material changeover between jobs, and the ability to develop printing powders of your own.

        Industry 4.0 Ready

LisaX is the first Industry 4.0-ready compact SLS 3D printer on the market. Connect the printer seamlessly with your production managing platform and line and control it with ease via API. Open the road to EU development funding where Industry 4.0 compatibility is a common requirement.

        High-Power 30W Laser System

Lisa X is equipped with a 30W IR fibre-coupled diode laser, delivering significantly higher energy compared to earlier compact SLS systems. This increased laser power enables faster sintering, improved layer bonding, and greater material versatility while maintaining precise detail resolution.

The stronger laser system is a key contributor to Lisa X’s industrial-level throughput and mechanical performance.

        Nitrogen Inert Gas Control System

Lisa X includes a built-in inert gas control system, allowing users to create a controlled atmosphere inside the build chamber. This is especially important for engineering-grade materials that benefit from reduced oxidation during the sintering process.

The integrated system improves part strength, surface quality, and consistency, while eliminating the need for complex external gas setups.
