The Sinterit Lisa X is the fastest compact SLS 3D printer in the Sinterit range. Sinterit positions the Lisa X as the third generation of its compact SLS platform, built to deliver industrial SLS 3D printing speed inside a benchtop footprint. The machine prints PA12 at 10 to 14 mm per hour, up to ten times faster than the older Lisa PRO. Build volume measures 130 x 170 x 330 mm, large enough to complete a full print bed in 30 hours. A 30W diode laser and a galvanometer scanner drive the speed gain. The Sinterit Lisa X prints at 10 to 14 mm per hour using PA12 powder. A full print bed completes in 30 hours, and most jobs finish in under 24 hours. The build volume measures 130 x 170 x 330 mm, or 5.1 x 7.1 x 13.0 inches.

Mass production gains come into focus on repeat parts. Sinterit reports a batch of electrical connectors taking 103 hours on the original Lisa and 205 hours on the Lisa PRO. The same batch prints in 28 hours on the new machine. A single Sinterit Lisa X run produces 270 sets, up from 56 on the Lisa and 112 on the Lisa PRO.

What makes the Lisa X ten times faster than Lisa PRO

The speed jump comes from two hardware changes. The Lisa PRO used H-bot kinematics, moving the laser head across the bed on motors. The new machine replaces this with a galvanometer scanner. The print head stays still and a mirror system steers the beam. The laser itself is a 30W diode unit, six times stronger than the laser inside the Lisa PRO. Together these let the Lisa X sinter the bed at industrial speed without sacrificing detail.

A second time-saver sits inside the chamber. An airblade cleans the laser glass automatically during printing. Operators only need to wipe the glass after three cycles, not after every print. Less downtime between jobs converts directly into more billable print time on the calendar.

The Lisa X prints in the full Sinterit thermoplastic powder library. PA-12 Industrial is the flagship engineering nylon for tough, isotropic end-use parts. PA-12 Smooth produces a cleaner surface finish on visible components. PA-11 CF carries carbon-fibre reinforcement for aluminium-replacement strength. PA-11 Onyx and PA-11 ESD cover impact-resistant and electrostatic-dissipative applications. PA-11.5 sits between the PA-11 and PA-12 families for balanced toughness. Flexa Performance TPU prints flexible rubber-like parts, and Sinterit Polypropylene opens up chemical-resistant production work. The compact SLS 3D printer is rated for the full library because of its open architecture.

Open material control matters for research and education buyers. Operators modify 32 separate parameters inside Sinterit Studio, including printing temperature, warmup and cooldown cycles, laser power, laser movement, and model scale.
